We are the twins Irene and Roula – two sisters who, although we look alike on the outside, are unique, just like the olive oil we created. People often assume we are the same, but the truth is that each of us has our own distinct identity, just like "Monadiko" – an extra virgin olive oil with golden flakes, made to stand out.
With respect for tradition, we chose to combine the Koroneiki variety of Sitia with the luxury of edible gold, creating a product that is not just tasty, but an experience of high aesthetics and well-being.
